Location: Várzea Grande Employment Type: On-site | CLT Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Supervise logistics operations for receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished products ✔️ Coordinate cargo scheduling and deliveries ✔️ Experience in fleet management, driver shift control, and delivery scheduling ✔️ Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines at construction sites ✔️ Monitor performance indicators (productivity, cycle time, losses, and logistics costs) ✔️ Control raw material inventory ✔️ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures ✔️ Lead operational and administrative teams Requirements: Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Logistics Technology, or related fields Prior experience in industrial logistics or manufacturing sectors Experience in fleet management and delivery scheduling Knowledge of inventory control and stocktaking Intermediate/advanced Excel skills Experience with ERP systems Benefits Health insurance (starting from the 3rd month) Meal allowance: BRL 325.00/month * On-site meals: breakfast and lunch Partnerships with educational institutions ❤️ Life insurance Transportation allowance or fuel allowance
