Assist in failure analysis to optimize production processes. **Description:** Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering. **Knowledge:** SAP, Mechanical equipment inspection, Technical drawing interpretation, Knowledge of cement production processes, Industrial mechanics Perform mechanical inspection activities on production lines for clinker kilns, raw meal grinding, cement and coke grinding, crushing, bagging, palletizing, and other equipment comprising the industrial plant, adhering to pre\-established schedules through inspection plans and work orders, with the objective of preventing failures and production stoppages. Identify anomalies along inspection routes and propose solutions meeting technical and financial maintenance requirements. Request interventions for identified anomalies by issuing service requests (notes) containing a technical description of the identified problem, required actions, and all necessary resources for activity execution (materials, personnel, and tools). Assist in conducting Critical Maintenance Analysis (failure analysis) within the pre\-established timeframe, aiming to identify root causes of equipment stoppages or defects in the manufacturing area through evaluation of equipment’s historical performance, reviewing the content of the Preventive Plan to ensure its updating, proposing solutions, and striving to achieve zero stoppages and zero defects. 2511260202401548026
