Inventory control and analysis and procurement flow **About the position:** We seek a strategic and dynamic professional to lead our supply chain and internal logistics. You will be responsible for balancing input quality, service to our hotels, and the group's financial health, while leading warehouse teams focused on efficiency and waste reduction. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Hospitality Management, Economics, or related fields. * Proven experience in procurement management and inventory control * Experience leading operational teams **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the hospitality industry * Proficiency in supplier negotiation techniques * Knowledge of quality and productivity indicator management **Location:** * Delcas Hotel.
