




Job Summary: A professional responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, providing Services A and B, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring high-quality, courteous service at the hotel. Key Highlights: 1. Friendly and helpful service to hotel guests. 2. Full management of food and beverage services, from order placement to cashier processing. 3. Maintenance of cleanliness, organization, and inventory control within the department. Greet and welcome guests, provide Services A and B, and maintain a clean and organized workplace. Ensure high-quality guest service at the hotel, always delivered with courtesy and helpfulness. * Open and close the restaurant; * Greet guests in the restaurant, verify their accommodation status, offer à la carte and beverage services, record orders, forward them to the kitchen, and advise on guest preferences; * Prepare juices and drinks requested by guests; * Collect payment for guest consumption; * Perform daily cash register closing; * Enter consumption data into the system and obtain guest signatures on the check, when required; * Restock the freezer, observing expiration dates and storage criteria. Restock minibars in meeting/event rooms as requested; * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, leisure areas, bar, and pool bar, as well as clean machines, equipment, furniture, and general departmental utensils. * Set up, replenish, and clear breakfast, buffet, and coffee break services; * Perform pre-setup for breakfast, arranging plates, tableware, and serving utensils to expedite opening the following day; * Verify that checks have been entered into the system via reports; * Monitor restaurant inventory using system-generated reports; * Assemble room service accompaniment kits. Deliver orders according to guest requests and collect trays from floors, sending tableware for washing; * Conduct monthly inventory of utensils; * Safeguard departmental utensils and equipment. * Contribute to workplace cleanliness and organization; * Contribute to optimizing departmental supplies and resources; * Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled; * Perform other duties related to the position, as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
