If you want to leave your mark, discover new paths, and embark on a journey full of flavor, care, and learning, join us in writing the next chapters of this adventure. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure smooth daily store operations, maintaining service standards, gelato quality, and correct execution of San Paolo’s operational processes; * Lead and guide the team, monitoring goals, performance, and engagement while fostering a warm, collaborative environment; * Monitor sales, cost of goods sold (CMV), inventory, waste, and operational KPIs (iFood, productivity, NPS), recording data in Athenas/Trílogo systems; * Supervise store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, reconciliations, checklists, cleaning routines, and cold chain protocols—ensuring safety, organization, and quality; * Oversee counter and delivery service, resolve customer requests, and guarantee an enchanting experience—keeping the store beautiful, organized, and flowing smoothly. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress in fields related to Management, Administration, or Information Technology is preferred; * Prior experience leading teams and managing store operational routines; * Basic understanding of inventory control, cash reconciliation, and store opening/closing procedures; * Availability to work on a rotating 6-days-on, 1-day-off schedule. **Additional Information** * Meal and Food Allowance (iFood Benefits Card); * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Dental Plan; * Health Insurance; * San Paolo products; * Birthday Day Off. **This is our purpose!** San Paolo Gelato \& Café was founded in June 2012 in Fortaleza, Ceará.
