




Job Summary: Support the Resort's operational activities, monitor projects, and manage teams to ensure achievement of goals and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Support the execution of operational activities across Resort departments and monitor actions and implementation of projects led by the Operations Manager, ensuring goal attainment, adherence to procedures, and achievement of expected results while maintaining established quality standards. Support team management by aligning employee efforts toward organizational objectives and strategies, creating opportunities for subordinate development. * Ensure confidentiality of information related to one's area of responsibility and the company. * Manage internal and external conflicts, seeking problem resolution. * Define the department’s operational strategy and optimize existing workforce capacity, monitoring activity progress. * Support and motivate employees and managers in achieving planned objectives, providing technical advisory support whenever necessary. * Maintain departmental information and documents up-to-date, controlled, and properly archived—electronically or physically. * Comply with the company’s current safety, hygiene, environmental, and disciplinary procedures. * Analyze issues as they arise, proposing and implementing solutions that ensure work continuity and process improvements within one's area of responsibility. * Implement and monitor procedures, methodologies, standards, policies, and solutions related to one's area of responsibility. * Define, cascade, and communicate team goals and objectives, ensuring their achievement. * Develop and ensure execution of the budget for one's area of responsibility, tracking achieved results and optimizing resources wherever possible. * Use company-provided resources rationally. * Promote change management by proposing new projects and technologies, identifying change needs in response to business challenges. * Continuously pursue self-development and acquire new knowledge. * Apply and enforce applicable legislation relevant to one's area of responsibility, staying updated on legal requirements.
