Job Description: * Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring strong and long-term relationships. * Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities, aligning solutions with clients' business needs. * Lead alignment meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations. * Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure high-value deliveries. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare results reports and insights. * Anticipate risks and propose proactive solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Requirement:** * Proven experience in account management, consultative sales, or B2B relationship management. * Clear, persuasive, and results-oriented communication skills. * Analytical ability to interpret data and transform information into strategies. * Organizational skills and autonomy to manage multiple clients and concurrent demands. * Familiarity with CRM tools. * English or Spanish proficiency is a plus for working with international clients.
