**As a Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to:**
* **Plan, organize, and control** store routines, monitoring daily activities and ensuring all operational processes are completed on time and in accordance with company standards;
* **Manage, guide, and develop the team**, aligning tasks and supporting each associate's professional growth;
* **Ensure achievement of sales results and other store KPIs**, developing strategies to meet established targets;
* **Ensure compliance with policies and procedures**, guaranteeing that all processes align with institutional guidelines and legal requirements;
* **Perform financial management**, including cash flow, operational expenses, and other financial indicators, ensuring the store's financial health;
* **Control inventory**, maintaining product organization, preventing stockouts or overstock, ensuring real-time accuracy, and supporting smooth store operations;
* **Support store operations** through routine tasks such as customer service, store organization, restocking, and cashier support;
* **Plan sales strategies**, developing actions based on market analysis, seasonality, and customer behavior, aiming for positive outcomes and enhanced store competitiveness;
* **Lead recruitment and selection processes for store operational roles**, ensuring alignment between candidate profiles and company values;
* **Ensure care and maintenance of company assets**, promoting equipment and resource preservation for workplace safety.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
