Job Summary: The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting department, ensuring compliance, delivering strategic information, and managing the team for continuous process improvement. Continuous process improvement The Accounting Manager will be responsible for leading the company's accounting function, ensuring accurate execution of processes, compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and delivery of strategic information for decision-making. The role involves team management, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise all accounting routines (classification, reconciliation, closing, and financial statements); * Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings; * Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, among others); * Ensure compliance with legislation and accounting standards (CPCs); * Integrate accounting, tax, and finance departments; * Monitor internal and external audits; * Manage and develop the accounting team; * Implement process improvements and automation; * Support corporate tax and strategic planning; * Provide managerial reports to executive leadership. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Solid experience in accounting, including leadership roles; * Advanced knowledge of accounting and tax legislation; * Experience with accounting closings and financial statements; * Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP software; * Advanced Excel skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in accounting firms; * Knowledge of tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real); * Experience with Domínio system (Thomson Reuters); * Experience in auditing and controllership. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Leadership and team management; * Strategic vision; * Organization and planning; * Decision-making; * Clear and assertive communication; * Proactivity and results orientation. **Work Format:** (On-site) **Compensation and Benefits:** (To be determined – salary, bonus, benefits, etc.) Compensation: R$3\.933,89 \- R$13\.604,37 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
