Join our team!** We look forward to your application! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the CCT/CCA team; * Ensure compliance with procedures related to activities; * Monitor high-complexity incidents; * Monitor departmental performance indicators and proactively pursue continuous improvement; * Combat revenue loss; * Escalate systemic fluctuations impacting CCT operations to the IT team; * Manage handling of rejected transactions and disputes; * Liaise with Cielo; * Liaise with Integrators (Kapsch and Tecsidel); * Register new operators in the Kapsch and Tecsidel systems; * Conduct periodic audits of audited transactions; * Coordinate with OSAs regarding communication between Via Brasil and OSAs (e.g., list updates); * Manage and resolve employee cash drawer discrepancies; * Provide periodic performance-based feedback; * Schedule toll rate changes; * Manage matters related to Nevada; * Record attendance-related incidents; * Respond to ombudsman emails pertaining to the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (**Mandatory**); * Proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (**Mandatory**); * Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH), Category “B” (**Mandatory**); * Excel – Intermediate level (**Preferred**). **Additional Information** * Meal/Voucher Allowance (iFood Benefícios); * Wellhub (Gympass); * Health Insurance (Unimed Estadual); * Free psychological support platform (Starbem); * Corporate University (Construa); * Life insurance.
