Perform soil, base, sub-base, and asphalt compaction. Assist in surface finishing and leveling. Monitor compaction uniformity and quality. Adjust tire pressure according to service type. Inspect equipment conditions before and after use. Perform basic maintenance and machine cleaning. Follow technical instructions and safety regulations. Use PPE correctly. Previous experience as Heavy Equipment Operator, Construction Machinery Operator, Compactor Operator, or Excavator Operator may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
