Prepare and level surfaces for construction execution The construction company is seeking a Roller Compactor Operator in Cuiabá (Cidade Verde). **Responsibilities:** Operate a roller compactor in earthwork services. Perform compaction of soils, gravel, asphalt, and other materials. Prepare and level surfaces for construction execution. Control compaction quality according to technical specifications. Inspect equipment conditions before and after use. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine. Follow technical instructions and safety regulations. Support other operational activities when required. Use PPE correctly. Previous experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, Construction Machinery Operator, Compactor Operator, or Earthwork Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
