Opportunity to influence the economic performance of crop cycles. We seek an analytical, results-oriented professional to manage costs and inventory in agricultural operations. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring seasonal, crop-specific, and cost-center budgets; analyzing forecast vs. actual performance; controlling consumption and movements of inputs (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides); and managing inventories and monthly stock and cost closings. We are looking for an organized, strategic individual with technical leadership skills and the ability to generate managerial reports to support the executive board. Experience in cost management, inventory control, and agribusiness is essential. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, monitor, and control agricultural production costs (inputs, machinery, labor, maintenance, fuel, freight, and services). * Prepare and monitor budgets by crop, field, season, and cost center. * Monitor and control operational forecast vs. actual performance. * Analyze actual vs. budgeted costs, identify variances, and propose corrective actions. * Track KPIs such as cost per hectare, cost per bag, contribution margin, and break-even point. * Control input requisitions, consumption, and inventory levels. * Coordinate inventory control of agricultural inputs (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, fertilizers). * Manage inventory of spare parts, maintenance materials, PPE, fuel, and lubricants. * Control entries and exits by cost center, crop, field, or department. * Conduct and monitor periodic inventories (rotating and full). * Monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. * Control product expiration dates, batch numbers, traceability, and storage conditions. * Prepare managerial reports on inventory, losses, consumption, and turnover. * Implement and maintain internal warehouse/inventory procedures and controls. * Guide and supervise the warehouse/inventory team. * Generate periodic managerial reports for the executive board and farm management. * Monitor the economic performance of crop cycles (soybean, corn, etc.). * Perform monthly inventory closing. * Perform seasonal cost and productivity closing. ### **Technical Requirements** * Degree in Accounting, Economics, Agronomic Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in agricultural cost management, budgetary control, and rural management. * Knowledge of cost centers, direct and indirect costs, cost allocations, and financial KPIs. * Proficiency in Excel and Protheus/PIMS systems. * Familiarity with farm operational routines is a plus. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical and numbers-oriented * Organized and detail-oriented * Results-focused and cost-conscious * Strategic business vision * Technical leadership * Proactive and preventive * Concise communication * Ethical and reliable Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
