Support to operational and financial departments **Administrative Assistant** **Location:** Cuiabá \- GMA Engenharia Company **Employment type:** CLT **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours. **Purpose of the role** Provide support to the company's administrative routines, ensuring organization, information control, and support to operational and financial departments. **Main responsibilities** * Organization and control of physical and digital documents * Data entry into systems and spreadsheets * Support in financial control (accounts payable/receivable, invoice verification) * Internal assistance and support to clients/suppliers * Calendar, deadline, and administrative task management * Preparation of simple reports * Support to operational teams and management **Requirements** * Completed high school education (college degree in Administration or related fields currently pursued is desirable) * Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Good communication skills * Proactivity and responsibility **Behavioral competencies** * Ability to follow established processes * Discipline regarding deadlines Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$1\.850,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
