Opportunity for learning and growth with the team **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–11:00 AM / 1:00 PM–5:30 PM; Saturday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Maintain the sales CRM up to date at all times (customer records, opportunities, and follow\-ups); * Record and schedule commercial visits, ensuring follow\-up at each stage; * Support the team in preparing proposals and quotations; * Provide follow\-up support and customer contact assistance; * Manage and update sales spreadsheets and KPIs (Excel); * Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and commercial materials; * Support document and contract management; * Conduct internal communication with support departments (after\-sales, finance, logistics, etc.). **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields; * Driver's License Category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organized, detail\-oriented, and collaborative mindset; * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team.
