Our system is designed for Public Management. Our customers are municipal governments and city councils. We provide support to address customer questions about the system. \***Requirements**\*: \- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program in Administration, Human Resources, Law, Information Technology, Accounting, or related fields; \- Strong verbal and written communication skills; \- Interest in user support; \- Basic computer literacy; \- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service; \- Must reside in Cuiabá or Várzea Grande; \- **Willingness to travel**; \- Valid Brazilian driver's license, category B. \***Benefits**\*: \- Meal allowance \- Health and dental insurance \- Monday to Friday \- Breakfast and afternoon snack.
