Requires organization and assertive communication **Responsibilities**: * Maintaining electronic timekeeping records; * Supporting onboarding, leave, and termination procedures: forwarding information to accounting; * Recruitment processes: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and contacting candidates; * Internal marketing and internal communication: supporting departmental initiatives and strategies; * Other departmental tasks as directed by immediate management. **Requirements**: * Knowledge of HR routines. * Ability to organize and communicate assertively. * Preferred: currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break); Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break).
