Job Summary: Responsible for providing specialized Level 3 technical support to the client's ICT infrastructure, with focus on Networking (L2/L3, Wi-Fi) and Firewall (Checkpoint). Key Highlights: 1. Specialized Level 3 technical support for ICT infrastructure. 2. Focus on L2 and L3 Networking – Switches and Wi-Fi, and Firewall – Checkpoint. Responsible for providing specialized Level 3 technical support to the client's ICT infrastructure. **Responsibilities and Duties** **L2 and L3 Networking – Switches:** * Monitor and resolve events, incidents, and problems related to switches; * Update switch firmware on equipment; * Perform initial configuration of equipment for small units with up to 10 VLANs and environments with up to 200 (two hundred) devices; * Knowledge of accessing switches and similar devices to validate their behavior; * Conduct traffic analysis for ports and equipment, directly using resources available on the device or via existing network management software; * Knowledge of VLAN, Static Routing, Port Standards (Access, Trunk 802\.1q, and hybrid); * Knowledge of LACP and Spanning Tree protocols; * Knowledge of testing and troubleshooting newly deployed network equipment exhibiting non\-conformance. **Networking – Wi\-Fi:** * Monitor and resolve events, incidents, and problems related to Wi\-Fi networks; * Configure and activate Access Points; * Update firmware on existing APs to the latest manufacturer\-approved version; * Configure required WLAN interfaces and SSIDs for the Wi-Fi environment; * Configure network, host, and essential service objects used in WLAN Zone firewall profiles and rules; * Configure Captive Portal for Guest users on equipment utilizing WLAN Zone. **Firewall – Checkpoint:** * Configure and activate firewall equipment and all available features such as content filtering, VPN, gateway antivirus, etc.; * Create and maintain firewall rules and all available features such as content filtering, VPN, gateway antivirus, etc.; * Administer firewall and all available features such as content filtering, VPN, gateway antivirus, etc.; * Monitor and resolve events, incidents, and problems related to firewall and all available features such as content filtering, VPN, gateway antivirus, etc. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields. **Professional Experience:** Proven experience in computer networking; Desirable knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure \- OCI. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Hapvida, Bradesco, or Unimed health insurance plans (applicable per region); Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental dental insurance; Meal allowance or food voucher; Life insurance fully covered by the company; Transportation allowance; TotalPass; Pharmacy discount program; University tuition discount program; Corporate Education Platform; Welcome Kit for newborns; Moodar Platform.
