PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Occupational Safety) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** Hourly **SALARY:** R$ 22\.91 **UNIT:** Cuiabá/MT **JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction in the specialist area of the role, aligned with the institution’s defined educational pillars, and facilitates students’ learning process during Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation). Technical Course in Occupational Safety or qualification as an Occupational Safety Engineer. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. At least one of the following Regulatory Standards (NR) courses OR a Machinery Operation course: NR10, NR20, NR33, NR35, Forklift Operator, Backhoe Loader Operator, or Front-end Loader Operator. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. Proven professional experience in training activities, courses related to occupational safety, and occupational safety regulations. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service performed, along with a detailed description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry title correlates with the requirement stated in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying duties performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
