Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for processing hiring and termination procedures, assisting with payroll, managing timekeeping records, organizing vacations, and addressing employee inquiries regarding the Human Resources Department.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM\.

**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Process hiring and termination procedures, including document collection and organization, system registration, and communication to competent authorities.
* Assist in preparing and closing payroll, calculating salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions, and generating social charges and taxes.
* Manage employee timekeeping records, identifying inconsistencies and making necessary adjustments for accurate working-hour calculation.
* Organize and manage the vacation process, from scheduling through payment and recordkeeping, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
* Provide service and support to employees regarding benefits, payslips, and other Human Resources Department-related questions.
* Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR system information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
* Organize and manage all employee documentation, including admission documents, certificates, medical examinations, vacation records, payslips, timecards, termination documents, and any other documents related to each employee's employment lifecycle.
* Keep periodic medical examinations updated, as well as job-specific training, coordinating with the Occupational Health and Safety and HR departments.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in the Human Resources Department, preferably in companies with high-volume payroll processing.
* Technical knowledge of labor and social security legislation (CLT), labor calculations, and eSocial.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel).
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred; currently pursuing such a degree is acceptable.
