Assist employees and answer questions regarding internal policies Responsible for supporting operational and administrative activities in the Human Resources department, ensuring the correct execution of recruitment and selection, training and development, personnel administration, and engagement programs, in accordance with legal regulations and Disnorte Group guidelines. Key Responsibilities: * Support job posting across various channels. * Support interview scheduling. * Assist in the onboarding process for new employees. * Support electronic timekeeping control. * Monitor admission and termination processes. * Assist in document verification. * Update employee records in internal systems. * Assist in training logistics (scheduling, invitations, materials, and attendance tracking). * Assist employees by answering questions regarding benefits, processes, and internal policies. Requirements: Completed high school education (preferably pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR/Personnel Department routines.
