Job Summary: Professional required for technical support to users, installation and maintenance of equipment, and support in managing internal networks and systems. Key Highlights: 1. Support in network and systems management Main Responsibilities: * Technical support to users (on-site and remote) * Installation and configuration of computers, printers, and software * Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance * IT asset control and organization * Support in network and internet management * Support for internal systems Requirements: * Basic/intermediate knowledge of hardware and software * Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routers, shared resources) * Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite * Organizational skills and good communication ability * Prior experience in the field is a plus Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
