Guide customers on the use and renewal of certificates We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant to provide customer service and support in the field of digital certification, ensuring proper issuance, installation, and usage of certificates. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to customers (remotely and/or in person); * Assist with the installation and configuration of digital certificates (A1 and A3); * Guide customers on certificate usage, validity, and renewal; * Conduct functionality tests and validations; * Support partners with certificate issuance and post-issuance activities; * Record support interactions and track service requests; * Identify and resolve basic technical issues.
