




Job Summary: Responsible for bakery and pastry production, including preparation, baking, quality control, and sector hygiene maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for overall bakery and pastry production 2. Performs all stages of preparation, baking, and finishing 3. Ensures product quality and sector organization Responsible for general bakery and pastry production; * Perform all preparation stages, cutting, fermentation; * Finish raw and frozen products; * Operate ovens, ensuring baking quality; * Monitor dwell time to achieve desired bread consistency and quality, avoid waste of ingredients and finished products, and reuse or transform breads and flours using the bread flour mill; * Report irregularities found in goods and sector machinery/equipment; * Clean and organize the sector; * Recommend appropriate measures to prevent consumption of spoiled goods and ensure machine operation.
