This professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the entire IT infrastructure, guaranteeing system stability and performance. Their role will be critical to maintaining our operations, directly contributing to the quality and efficiency of our services. If you seek a dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities for growth and continuous learning, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor and maintain infrastructure (electrical panels / battery banks / generators), ensuring system availability and performance. Diagnose and resolve incidents occurring on the Company's network. Execute backup routines and preventive maintenance tasks. Install, configure, and update operating systems and software. Provide technical support, assisting in problem resolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux). Experience in high- and low-voltage systems. Experience with mobile generator sets. Experience with battery banks. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
