Description:
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields;
* Knowledge of contract management;
* Prior experience in this role is desirable;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A brief overview of your daily responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support the team under your supervision;
* Train the team;
* Monitor and support the team regarding vacations, timekeeping, allowances, and banked hours;
* Monitor the progress of activities within departments under your supervision;
* Provide helpdesk support for departmental requests in collaboration with NTI and GP;
* Support the manager;
* Perform other duties related to the department;
* Prepare surveys and spreadsheets upon request by the manager;
* Conduct structural inspections of the headquarters building to ensure its good condition;
* Inspect the cleaning services provided by the third-party company at the headquarters building;
* Record and monitor departmental expenses;
* Monitor applications used by the department (99, Cummins, Águia Tracking, Frota);
* Monitor maintenance of generators at the headquarters and hospital;
* Support contract renewals managed by the Procurement and Services Department;
* Monitor and support physical inventory counts of the warehouse.
