Join our team.** We look forward to your application! **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and manage the concessionaire's operational activities, including user service, traffic inspection, towing, ambulances, operational bases, ombudsman office, and Operations Control Center (OCC); * Monitor and ensure compliance with performance indicators (KPIs) defined in the concession agreement and regulatory standards; * Manage third-party service contracts related to highway operations; * Prevent and respond to incidents and emergencies, ensuring efficient response and risk mitigation; * Implement continuous improvements in operational processes, pursuing innovation, efficiency, and cost reduction; * Monitor and control the quality of highway and headquarters operational services; * Analyze ongoing operational process performance, promoting necessary modifications and adjustments; * Monitor sector indicators and proactively act to achieve continuous improvement; * Implement and manage the MIS (Management Information System); * Use received information to prepare management reports on: vehicle traffic flow (by class and hour), accident statistics, vehicle weighing data, and physical conditions of the highway; * Develop highway and headquarters operational standards and procedures; * Ensure compliance with procedures related to activities; * Act to prevent revenue loss; * Provide periodic feedback based on operational performance; * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations of the sector; * Lead, develop, and evaluate the team under their responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or related fields (**Mandatory**). * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Operations Management, Project Management, or related areas (**Desirable**). * Skills in team leadership, negotiation, and strategic vision (**Mandatory**). **Additional information** * Meal/Voucher Allowance (iFood Benefícios); * Wellhub (Gympass); * Health Insurance (Unimed Estadual); * Free psychological support platform (Starbem); * Corporate University (Construa); * Life insurance.
