




Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising workplace safety, analyzing risks, proposing corrective actions, and ensuring employees' well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise activities, routines, and procedures related to workplace safety, conducting training sessions, analyzing company-wide risks, proposing corrective actions, recommending process improvements and modifications, drafting safety regulations, performing inspections, issuing technical reports, implementing statistical controls, and maintaining contact with authorities to ensure employees' physical integrity and the company's assets. **Responsibilities and Duties** Tasks: 1\- Inspect workplace safety and analyze accidents through annual accident statistical controls, inspecting work areas, monitoring activities, and advising on corrective actions when risks that may cause accidents are identified; reviewing inspection reports from departments, machines, or company equipment; verifying risk conditions that may lead to accidents involving employees, equipment, or products; 2\- Verify and monitor PPE usage, checking and overseeing employees' use of PPE, providing guidance and issuing warnings if safety regulations are not followed, and notifying management/supervisors according to the severity of the case; 3\- Conduct special surveys and inspections, periodically defining and monitoring environmental assessments to comply with social security legislation, environmental regulations, and the Ministry of Labor’s regulatory standards, carrying out such assessments and annually preparing the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA); 4\- Analyze accident investigation reports containing information from injured parties, witnesses, supervisors, and on-site verification conducted jointly with the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), identifying root causes and recommending measures to prevent recurrence; 5\- Develop the company’s general Emergency Response Plan and area-specific plans, including periodic revisions and updates; respond to emergency incidents upon request, involving employees, service providers, and vehicles transporting finished products or raw materials; 6\- Onboard and instruct new employees and service providers regarding the company’s accident prevention regulations; 7\- Draft and revise area-specific work regulations and procedures, as well as conduct training sessions. **Additional Information** Technicians Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with real impact on people’s lives.** Over 55 years later, we take pride in what we have built: projects transforming cities, relationships grounded in respect and trust, and a team growing alongside our history.
