




Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing, conducting, and monitoring laboratory and field tests on highway materials, ensuring quality and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct laboratory and field tests on highway materials. 2. Support the engineering and quality control team. 3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes. * Prepare, conduct, and monitor laboratory and field tests on soils, asphalt, concrete, and other materials used in highways. * Collect, identify, and store samples, ensuring traceability and preventing contamination. * Accurately complete test record sheets and material receipt control forms, ensuring information accuracy and compliance with technical procedures and current standards. * Support engineering and quality control team members with the laboratory’s technical requirements. * Maintain equipment, materials, and the laboratory in good condition, organized and clean. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal procedures, and environmental protocols. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and quality control. * Verify equipment functionality prior to testing and assist with periodic calibration of instruments such as scales, ovens, and sieves, ensuring precision and reliability of laboratory results. * Report any laboratory inconsistencies, equipment failures, or out-of-specification results to laboratory technicians, ensuring corrective action and maintenance of test quality.
