Job Summary: This role is for an Installer in Visual Communication, responsible for installing facades, panels, and adhesive plotting for clients, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines. If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Installing Visual Communication facades and panels — produced by "Print in House" — at designated client locations; * Performing adhesive plotter applications; * Conducting technical site visits at points of sale where installations will occur; * Producing and installing customized components to innovate the business; * Working at heights to mount signs and panels at client stores; * Ensuring high-quality finishes and material quality of installed items; * Driving the vehicle to transport finished components and installation tools; * Meeting agreed-upon deadlines with clients; * Maintaining work equipment and tools in good condition; * Ensuring the installation vehicle remains in proper working order; * Operating internal and external finishing equipment: welding machine, grommeting machine, blower, drill, and various hand tools; * Finishing wall and/or gate paint applications; * Being available for travel to perform work at other Solar units. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of production and installation of visual communication materials; * Valid driver’s license class "AB"; * Experience as a Visual Communication Installer. #### **Nice-to-Have (Preferred):** * Proficiency in production and installation of visual communication materials; * Familiarity with metalworking (sheet metal/fabrication). **Work Schedule:** Mon–Fri, 5x2, 07:30–12:00, 13:30–17:48 **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar** For your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance plan; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
