Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a shopping center condominium, supervising teams and assisting shop tenants. Key Highlights: 1. Multidisciplinary tasks for condominium operations 2. Supervision of cleaning, security, and maintenance teams 3. Assistance to shop tenants and enforcement of internal regulations **Responsibilities:**  Perform multidisciplinary tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the shopping center condominium;  Support the property management company by directly resolving issues related to preventive and corrective maintenance of the condominium;  Supervise cleaning, parking security, maintenance, general security, civil defense brigade, and other outsourced teams;  Ensure compliance with the internal regulations of the development;  Provide assistance to shop tenants;  Manage cleaning supplies inventory. **Requirements:**  Education: High school diploma  Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic maintenance  Prior experience in condominium management is desirable  Experience managing both in-house and outsourced teams **Compensation:** \- Salary: R$ 2\.711,00 \- Overtime paid on payroll (no time bank) \- Transportation allowance (VT) \+ Meal allowance (VA): R$ 600,00 **SUBMIT RESUMES VIA WHATSAPP: 67 99883\-9806** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.711,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
