Apply to this opportunity and become part of the Houer Group, which is passionate about innovation and impactful projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** Develop, analyze, and review pavement projects for road infrastructure developments, ensuring adherence to technical standards, appropriate engineering solutions, technical and economic feasibility of projects, as well as monitoring technological innovations and best practices related to urban mobility and sustainable transportation. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Mandatory: * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Highway Engineering; Desirable: * Experience in developing and analyzing pavement projects is desirable; * Experience in traffic studies and pavement performance analysis is desirable; * Knowledge of flexible and rigid pavement design is desirable; * Familiarity with applicable technical standards (DNIT, ABNT, DER, and similar) is desirable; * Participation in technical courses, workshops, or industry events is desirable; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite) is desirable.
