Job Summary: Supervises general services and landscaping teams, manages supplies and waste, and monitors environments and procedures to ensure standards and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Environment and procedure monitoring **Responsibilities** * \- Supervise and monitor the general services and landscaping team regarding routines, standards, and deadline compliance; * \- Manage and control supplies required for cleaning, maintenance, and well-being activities, requesting replenishment when necessary; * \- Inspect and monitor internal and external environments, ensuring appropriate usage conditions; * \- Monitor and ensure proper use of PPE by the team; * \- Ensure accurate completion of company standard forms and procedures; * \- Manage recyclable and non-recyclable waste, ensuring proper disposal; * \- Monitor and inspect the pest control service schedule (pest extermination) in coordination with the service provider. **Requirements** * \- Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled (Civil Engineering, Architecture, Administration, Logistics, or related fields); * \- Prior experience supervising operational teams; * \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Benefits** * On-site meals * Health insurance (Unimed – 50% employer-paid) * Gas allowance * Basic food basket * PPR (Profit Sharing Program) * Love Package * Career and salary plan * SEST SENAT agreement (Psychologist, Nutritionist, Dentist, Gym, and Club).
