JUNIOR TRAFFIC ANALYST

Description

We are seeking a Junior Traffic Analyst who will plan and monitor truck scheduling and driver shifts to meet the company's cargo transportation demands. **Responsibilities and duties** * Verify whether the planned route is the most efficient and safe for drivers; * Verify whether drivers are aware of the route and traffic conditions; * Inform drivers about traffic conditions and trip instructions; * Maintain contact with drivers during trips to monitor progress; * Perform a detailed pre-departure checklist; * Ensure drivers are aware of traffic conditions and local instructions; * Maintain regular contact with drivers during trips; * Have a contingency plan in place for unforeseen events or issues. **Requirements and qualifications** * Higher education degree, preferably in Logistics, Administration, or related fields **Specific knowledge** * Route Management – Basic * Office – Basic * Customer Service – Basic **Additional information** Meals provided on-site; Food basket; Gas allowance; Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed, 50% covered); PPR – Profit-sharing program; Position and salary plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); Birthday day off; Love package (maternity kit). **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
