Job Summary: The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents involving transported goods, from location identification through to completion of exchange or compensation. Key Highlights: 1. Register and track incidents of shortages, exchanges, and damages 2. Monitor pending items and ensure deadline compliance 3. Support colleagues and share knowledge We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to carry out location, analysis, and evaluation processes in cases of shortages, damages, and other incidents involving transported goods, up to final resolution via exchange, return, or customer compensation. **Responsibilities and Duties** Duties: * Register and track incidents of shortages, exchanges, and damages; * Monitor pending items and ensure deadline compliance; * Respond to service requests and evaluate goods in critical cases; * Update systems and report progress to leadership; * Finalize investigations and prepare compensation procedures; * Store, sort, and dispatch goods according to established procedures; * Comply with company policies, standards, and SOPs; * Safeguard resources and maintain departmental organization; * Support colleagues and share knowledge; * Perform related activities as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed High School Education Minimum experience required in the field **Specific Knowledge** * Volume handling and cargo packaging * Microsoft Office * Customer service Desirable SSW system knowledge **Additional Information** On-site meals; Food basket; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Gas allowance; Health plan (Unimed – 50% employer-paid); PPR – Profit Sharing Program; Career and salary plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym). **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
