Job Summary: Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational and recreational activities, supporting children's daily routines and ensuring their well-being and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for individuals who are skilled and interested in working with children. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational and recreational activities. * Support children's daily routines, assisting with hygiene, meals, rest, and other care tasks appropriate to their age group. * Accompany and guide children during classroom activities and throughout other areas of the institution. * Organize the classroom and materials used in daily activities. * Assist in creating and preparing educational materials and teaching resources. * Ensure children's well-being, safety, and development, contributing to a welcoming and organized environment. * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the pedagogical team. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in the educational field will be considered an advantage. * Ability to interact effectively with children and interest in child development. * Patience, communication skills, proactivity, and responsibility. * Empathy, organization, and commitment to job responsibilities. * Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
