We value these qualities because we believe they enable us to **think big**, **achieve more**, and thereby help, inspire, and transform our customers. ✅ **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate forklifts to transport and move goods within the warehouse. * Load and unload products, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently. * Organize inventory, ensuring products are stored in compliance with safety standards and recommended practices. * Support order verification and picking, ensuring products are ready for shipment accurately and on time. * Maintain forklifts through preventive and corrective maintenance, reporting any need for repair or adjustment. * Ensure all activities comply with occupational safety regulations, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) whenever required. * Assist in inventory control and overall warehouse organization. * Report any inventory issues or discrepancies to the responsible supervisor. **Requirements we would like you to have:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a Forklift Operator; * Forklift operation certification (NR11\); * Knowledge of logistics and warehousing will be considered a plus; * Commitment to workplace safety and quality. **About this position:** * **Location**: São Francisco, Cuiabá/MT; * **Work model**: On-site * **Employment type**: Indefinite-term CLT contract * **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute break * **Benefits**: Meal voucher (VR), Private pension plan, Life insurance, Dental assistance, Medical assistance, Transportation voucher, TotalPass, SESC membership, and a Monthly Productivity Bonus of up to R$ 350.00; * This position is open to all candidates, including persons with disabilities. **How to Apply:** **We seek diverse talents to join our team.** If you identify with our values and are ready to make a difference, apply!
