Job Summary: The Madeiranit Group is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to handle customer service, order tracking, prospecting, and commercial administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. We operate over 25 physical stores across 8 states; 2 distribution centers located in Agudos/SP and Itajaí/SC; and an e-commerce platform with nationwide coverage. We are seeking a professional to work as: **Internal Sales Representative at our Várzea Grande/MT unit.** What are the challenges for this role? * Serve general customers in person, via phone calls, messages, or e-mails; * Track orders for pickup, shipment loading, and stock shortages requiring transfers; * Assist external sales representatives in finalizing orders, quotations, and any necessary inquiries; * Support drivers and helpers in case of any adverse situations during customer order deliveries; * Assist in order release coordination with the Finance Department; * Request material purchases or transfers desired by customers to the responsible party; * Conduct prospecting for new customers; * Issue receipts, quotations, and orders; * Perform after-sales activities; * Assist in administrative tasks within the commercial department; * Support collections from delinquent customers in your portfolio whenever possible or upon request; * Register new customers; * Update customer registration data; * And other duties pertinent to the role.
