




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise administrative routines, manage financial processes and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering managerial reports. Analysis of indicators and managerial reports Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate administrative routines (documents, contracts, files, reports); * Supervise the administrative team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance; * Monitor KPIs, entries, and internal requests; * Manage and oversee financial processes (entries, support for accounts payable/receivable, billing, procurement, and expense control); * Monitor procurement, inventory control, and supplier management; * Ensure compliance with internal rules, policies, and procedures; * Prepare and present managerial reports on costs and headcount.
