Employee assistance and process organization **OPEN POSITION – HR ASSISTANT** **Cuiabá/MT – Quilombo Neighborhood** We are looking for an HR Assistant to support onboarding and offboarding processes, time tracking, benefits management, document organization, employee database updates, and payroll closing support. The role also involves employee assistance, ensuring compliance with labor obligations and organizing HR department processes. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a higher education program in HR, Administration, or related fields; basic knowledge of HR routines, labor legislation, and Microsoft Office suite; strong organizational skills, responsibility, and effective communication. **Salary:** R$ 2.200,00 initially | R$ 2.750,00 after 90 days **Benefits:** Transportation voucher (VT) + Meal allowance (VR) of R$ 22.00/day (Mon–Fri) **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (1h30 lunch break + 20 min break) | Sat, 8:00 AM–11:30 AM If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy working with routine tasks and deadlines, this position is for you! ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support **employee onboarding and offboarding** processes, including verification and organization of documents. * Perform **electronic time tracking control and processing**, monitoring records, adjustments, and hour calculations. * Support **benefits management** (VT, VR, and other benefits), including enrollment, removal, and tracking. * Update and maintain **employee records** in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. * Organize and archive **labor and contractual documents**, both physical and digital. * Provide support during **payroll closing**, verifying data, events, and required information. * Assist in fulfilling **labor obligations and statutory deadlines**, following internal policies and procedures. * Assist employees by clarifying questions regarding payroll, benefits, time tracking, and HR department routines. * Support general administrative activities within the HR department, ensuring efficiency and process organization. ### **Technical Requirements** * Basic knowledge of **HR department routines** (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, time tracking, and benefits). * Familiarity with **basic labor legislation**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Prior experience in HR department is desirable. ### **Behavioral Profile** * **Organized, responsible, and deadline-oriented**. * **Discreet and ethical** handling of confidential information. * Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Ability to work with standardized routines and processes. * Commitment to quality and legal compliance.
