




Job Summary: The Junior Regulatory Analyst will monitor contractual obligation processes, support the relationship with the granting authority, and ensure economic-financial balance and contractual compliance. Data structuring and support for continuous process improvement The Junior Regulatory Analyst is responsible for monitoring processes related to the fulfillment of contractual obligations by Nova Rota do Oeste Concessionaire, supporting the team in its relationship with the granting authority, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses and maintenance of the agreement’s economic-financial balance, as well as contractual compliance of the concession agreement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support monitoring of the concession agreement, including control of regulatory obligations and deadlines; * Contribute to preparing information and supporting documentation to meet demands from the Regulatory Agency; * Support preparation, analysis, review, and standardization of technical and regulatory reports; * Consolidate, organize, and structure information from engineering, operations, and finance departments; * Assist in preliminary analysis of project, report, and document adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements; * Structure databases and control spreadsheets related to departmental activities; * Identify and flag inconsistencies, deviations, or risks detected in analyzed information for evaluation by the responsible team; * Support continuous improvement and standardization initiatives for departmental processes and workflows; * Provide administrative and operational support to the Regulatory Department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POSITION** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Transportation, Production, or related fields). * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Business writing skills for preparing reports and technical documents; * Driver's license category B. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of the Highway Operation Plan; * Experience in highway concessions; * Familiarity with Power BI or data analysis and visualization tools; * Contract management; **Additional Information** Competitive market-based salary; Meal allowance; Health insurance plan extendable to dependents; Dental insurance plan extendable to dependents; Life insurance; Childcare assistance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Private pension plan; Birthday leave (Day-Off); Gym allowance; Partnership agreements with secondary education (EJA), higher education, and postgraduate institutions; Language school partnership (English); Pharmacy partnership; Psychological counseling; Employee referral program.
