Guarantee of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction **Work Location:** Várzea Grande – MT **Job Description:** A civil construction company is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise residential construction projects and the housing unit handover process. The professional will be responsible for overseeing all construction phases, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and end-customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor on-site construction execution in accordance with project plans, schedules, and technical standards; * Supervise teams and contractors; * Control material usage, measurements, and outsourced services; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations; * Conduct technical inspections and site surveys; * Support and organize the housing unit handover process; * Prepare reports and assist technical and administrative teams. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA; * Experience in residential construction and housing unit handovers; * Knowledge of scheduling, construction drawing interpretation, and technical standards; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and leadership qualities; * Willingness to work on-site. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with housing programs (My House My Life / Green and Yellow House); * Familiarity with construction management tools. **Benefits:** * Company-provided vehicle for professional activities. **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ (to be negotiated) **Working Hours:** Business hours **Remuneration:** To be negotiated **Contact:** (65) 99981-4849 Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$7,000.00 – R$8,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Multi-family construction (My House My Life) (Mandatory)
