Communication with public agencies, clients, and partners **Public Procurement Analyst – Junior** **Work Location:** Public Procurement Advisory Office **Address:** Cuiabá – MT \- Santa Rosa Neighborhood **Work Modality:** On-site **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon–Fri) **Public Procurement Advisory Office** is hiring a **Public Procurement Analyst** to support the management of public procurement processes, ensuring **organization, quality, and compliance** at all stages. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze **public tender notices** and prepare documentation; * Assemble and monitor **public procurement processes (Law No. 14\.133/2021\);** * Support the preparation of **appeals, challenges, and clarifications;** * Request and organize **documents, certificates, and samples;** * Maintain communication with **public agencies, clients, and partners;** * Support administrative routines related to **public procurement.** **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in **Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields;** * Knowledge of **public procurement** (familiarity with Law No. 14\.133/2021 is a plus); * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** and procurement systems; * Strong **writing and technical text comprehension skills;** * Prior experience with **public procurement processes** is a plus; * Basic understanding of **risk analysis and clarifications;** * **Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented** profile; * Proactivity and problem-solving ability; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Professional ethics and teamwork orientation. **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary Range:** Market-competitive, plus 50% commission after 3 months and 100% after 1 year. **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance – BRL 30.00; * Food Basket – BRL 130.00 (no payroll deduction); * Health Insurance. *Selection process conducted by Shirlene Oliveira – People Management Consulting.* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: BRL 2\.200,00 \- BRL 2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Public procurement?
