Identify and monitor risks associated with Foundation AMAGGI activities. ###### **Cuiabá, MT****The company accepts applications from candidates residing in Cuiabá and nearby cities** ###### **Junior/** **Trainee** ###### **To be agreed upon** ###### **CLT employment regime** **Job Details** -------------------- **Responsibilities:** Execute projects and initiatives, ensuring expected outcomes; Monitor initiatives collaboratively with team members and management; Ensure project and initiative monitoring across all stages of the project management methodology implemented by Foundation AMAGGI, including: Action Plan, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), supporting tools and monitoring instruments for results and indicators, and progress reports as required; Establish communication and relationships with stakeholders and systematically track results achieved by projects, programs, and initiatives; Participate in annual budget planning and monitor budgeted versus actual expenditures, performing necessary analyses; Develop and/or participate in studies, research, and analyses to generate data and insights enabling informed decision-making and innovation in Foundation AMAGGI’s projects and programs; Participate in and/or represent the Foundation within the local community, seeking partnerships with other initiatives across various fields, organizations, or independent professionals; attending or organizing events; exchanging knowledge, experiences, and methodologies to strengthen institutional capacity, expand networks, and engage stakeholders; Identify and monitor risks related to Foundation AMAGGI activities, applying appropriate mitigation measures when necessary. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Social Communication, Social Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, or Economics; Knowledge of social mobilization, networking, and strengthening of social organizations and local leadership, both in-person and virtually; Familiarity with the Regulatory Framework for Civil Society Organizations (MROSC) and solid understanding of the Third Sector is desirable. **\*Our opportunities are open to all professionals, without distinction of race, color, gender, age, religion, or disability (PCD)\*** **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum Education Level** Completed undergraduate degree **Benefits** -------------- Medical assistance Dental assistance Profit Sharing or Results-Based Bonus Private pension plan Life insurance Meal allowance
