Job Summary: Natter is seeking a passionate and experienced Systems Analyst to join its team, providing user support and driving continuous system improvement within an agribusiness company. Our goal is to promote sustainable integration among nature, people, and technology to drive the growth of our company, employees, customers, and suppliers—ensuring prosperity and longevity for our "extended family". **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and deliver help desk support to system users, serving as the technical reference. * Lead software module implementations, ensuring alignment with business processes and delivery quality. * Provide technical support to developers, assisting with analysis, testing, and system validation. * Deliver support and incident resolution for RM – TOTVS system users, including enhancements. * Act consultatively, proposing continuous improvements to systems and processes with strategic vision and results orientation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Solid experience with SQL language, including complex queries, data manipulation, and analysis. * Experience with databases, including structure design, maintenance, and table management. * Preferred: Knowledge of Senior Systems and Geatec. * Willingness to travel as required by departmental needs and projects. **Additional Information** * National Health Plan * Life Insurance * Educational Assistance * Meal Card #### **Natter •** **Caring for Nature and Passion for the Land.** Natter was founded in 2010 and has since advanced to promote increasingly productive and sustainable Brazilian agriculture.
