Data analysis for generating insights and identifying improvements We are seeking a **Junior Quality Analyst** to support process monitoring and improvement, ensuring routines are executed according to defined standards. This position will focus on **audits, report generation, and indicator monitoring**, working closely with teams and leadership. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct process audits * Verify team adherence to defined processes and standards * Support the development and updating of performance reports * Monitor key indicators * Identify inconsistencies and operational deviations * Support process organization and documentation within the area * Update controls and databases (spreadsheets / systems) * Assist in data analysis for generating simple insights * Monitor routines and flag improvement opportunities **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and discipline * Analytical ability * Proactivity * Ability to learn quickly * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Desired Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree * Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) * Analytical and organized profile * Attention to detail * Strong communication skills for interacting with operational teams and leadership Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
