Job Summary: Strategic involvement in processing plant loss analysis, identifying gaps in OEE, proposing corrective actions, and facilitating reliability meetings. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in loss analysis and OEE 2. Facilitation of daily and weekly reliability meetings 3. Participation in critical failure analysis and continuous improvement Strategic weekly analysis of the processing plant’s loss profile, focusing on identifying gaps in OEE components (Physical Utilization and Productivity), and proposing effective corrective actions. Facilitation of daily and weekly reliability meetings. Active participation in critical failure analysis and in defining/reviewing failure classification criteria for mineral processing operations. Daily monitoring of operational events (D\-1\), with direct engagement with responsible departments to correct deviations. Systematic management of the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented actions, focusing on continuous process improvement and reduction of failures resulting from non-compliance with operational strategies.
