Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and managing corrective and preventive maintenance activities, guiding the team, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Complete management of service orders (SOs) 2. Analysis of reports and correction of deviations 3. Coordination and supervision of maintenance teams Monitor corrective and preventive maintenance activities for facilities, equipment, and machinery; Supervise field activities; Guide and correct employees while they perform their tasks; Be responsible for managing SOs from opening to closure; Analyze system reports and promptly correct deviations; Communicate team needs to the Maintenance Manager; Be responsible for monitoring attendance, punctuality, and individual employee performance, keeping the manager informed of any deviations; Provide support to store tenants, respecting limits established in corporate plans (general policies); Monitor outsourcing of services for repairing specific equipment. Requirements: * Technical course in NR-10, NR-33, and NR-35; * Engineering or related fields degree is a plus; * Building and/or industrial maintenance; ability to read and interpret diagrams; * Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
