Job Summary: An operational professional who performs masonry, concrete, and finishing works, following quality and safety procedures and standards. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborating with the team and complying with safety regulations Responsibilities: 1\- Perform work in accordance with the quality management system procedures; 2\- Lay bricks and other construction materials to build walls, partitions, and other structures; 3\- Apply plaster or similar material (e.g., cement mortar, gypsum) to walls, retaining walls, and building façades; 4\- Apply finishes and screeds according to Plaenge Group quality standards; 5\- Carry out construction activities under the supervision of the site foreman or construction supervisor; 6\- Receive instructions from immediate supervisors and exchange information regarding tasks and incidents to ensure workflow continuity; 7\- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the worksite; 8\- Comply with occupational health and safety regulations; 9\- Perform other related duties or tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform masonry, concrete, and similar material works, guided by drawings, schematics, and specifications, using appropriate trade-specific methods and tools to construct buildings and similar structures. **Additional Information** Operational Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with real impact on people's lives.** More than 55 years later, we are proud of what we have built: projects that transform cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team that grows alongside our history.
