




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and baking bakery products, controlling quality, maintaining hygiene, innovating recipes, and collaborating with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining quality and hygiene in food production Description: * Prepare and bake bread, cakes, and other bakery products. * Select and measure ingredients according to recipes. * Control product quality throughout the production process. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. * Store ingredients and finished products appropriately. * Collaborate with the team to ensure departmental efficiency and productivity. * Follow food safety and hygiene standards throughout the entire production process. * Innovate and create new bread and bakery product recipes. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * A technical course in baking or related fields is a plus. * Knowledge of baking and confectionery techniques. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Experience in food handling and hygiene standards.
